Payment:
Most consulting firms charge by the hour (or by the day but let’s be honest… isn’t that the same thing.)
While we do offer hourly and/or daily billing, we feel there are more sophisticated and efficient arrangements that encourage true partnership.
Shouldn’t your partner be incentivized to produce the outcomes you need? Why shouldn’t your consulting partner have “skin in the game” for your success?
We are open to more creative “value-based” compensation structures where we get paid a portion of the financial value we deliver to you. These can include a percentage of savings, a percentage of new revenue, a portion of improved efficiency, or a combination.
In short, we believe that we should only do well when you do well!
