What if we had clear expectations from our medical leaders and directors?

We have to rely on our leaders to be leaders.  Shaping cultures through innovation is key.  We explore how to create a high performance culture.  Trust is one of those primitive instincts that we have.  The challenge for senior teams in cultures is that we have to build trust one to many where we are hardwired to build trust one-to-one.

Does culture really matter when it comes to patient outcomes?  When employees can say yes to specific organizational these organizations outperform with statistical significance on key balance card indicators, i.e. patient experience, lower staff turnover, higher employee and physician engagement and the list goes on.
