Nicole and Cooper welcome Bill Dombi, President of the National Association for Home and Hospice Care for a discussion on the future of home health and hospice. Bill asserts that community based care should not be considered as only” post acute” care. Frankly it is “pre” acute, acute, post acute and even care for individuals that are hospice eligible but wish not to receive hospice care. The face of community based care is changing and home care is uniquely positioned to make a huge difference in how care is delivered nationwide.
